We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the processors below, or where required by law.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. SMS delivery is not currently offered; if introduced, it will require separate opt-in consent and will never be a condition of purchase. See the SMS terms.
Always on: a single first-party cookie, tremor_consent, that remembers the choice you make in the cookie banner (kept 180 days). This cookie is strictly necessary — it exists only to avoid asking you again — and doesn't require consent under any cookie law we're aware of.
Functional (always on): a first-party live chat widget (GoHighLevel) so you can ask us a question directly. It loads on all pages and may set its own cookies to keep a conversation going; it is a support tool, not an advertising or cross-site tracking service.
Only if you choose "Accept all": Google Analytics (aggregate site-usage measurement). Choosing "Essential only" keeps it off. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not sell or share data for cross-site ad targeting.
You can change your choice anytime using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. Some pages embed Google Fonts, which loads type files from Google's servers as part of normal page rendering; Google may log standard request data (like your IP address) as the operator of that server, independent of our cookie above.
We keep subscription data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us; we honor verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
The Service is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
