Effective date: July 14, 2026. This policy describes how Creo Holdings LLC ("we") handles information for Tremor Brief (tremorbrief.com).
1. What we collect
Subscription data: your email address; your phone number only if you separately opt in to SMS delivery.
Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive subscription status and the last four digits.
Usage data: standard web logs and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics from our hosting provider (page views, country, referrer). We do not run cross-site tracking pixels or sell ad targeting data.
2. How we use it
To deliver the briefs, alerts, and playbooks you subscribed to.
To send service messages (billing, delivery, policy changes).
To improve the publication (aggregate engagement, e.g. open rates).
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the processors below, or where required by law.
3. Processors we use
Vercel — website hosting and data storage
Stripe — payment processing
Twilio — SMS delivery (if you opt in)
GoHighLevel — email delivery and subscriber management
OpenRouter / AI model providers — used to generate market commentary from market data only; no subscriber personal information is sent to AI providers
4. Email and SMS choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. For SMS, reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help; consent to SMS is never a condition of purchase. See the SMS terms.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep subscription data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us; we honor verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
6. Not for minors
The Service is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced by email or on this page with a new effective date.
